'Higher Education' - Stamps From Costa Rica

Costa Rica has issued two stamps under the name "Higher Education". The first stamp shows a segment of the mural painted by the artist Eduardo Torijano, located in the building of General Studies at the UCR (University of Costa Rica), the other stamp depicts a detail of the Monument to the Disarmament and Peace, work of the artist Thelvia Marin, located at UPAZ (University for Peace).
