First Anniversary of R.C.D. July 21, 1965.(1965-3)

For the first time the anniversary of RCD was celebrated philatelically by the issuance of two commemorative postage stamps on July 21,1965. The first stamp shows open book while the higher value depicted globe and national flags of three member countries.
