Earthquake Victims- 2005

Pakistan Post Office issued a special postage stamp sheet of Rs. 100/- denomination each on Earthquake Victims- 2005 which will be sold as per procedure issued by the Director General Pakistan Post Office, Islamabad, 100% sale proceeds of these sheets shall be credited to the President Relief Fund.
Eight stamps in the sheet cost Rs.32 (8x4), which will be valid for postage, but the whole will cost Rs. 100/-, no break-up of the sheet will be sold to the public or the stamp collectors.
The stamps are arrange in a CROSS (+) formation, four in each row studded with a central label depicting logo of Pakistan Post Office.
Sixteen labels forming four pictures of mainly displaced children of various areas effected by the earthquake are placed in each corner of the sheet. Photographs are perforated through to form four labels of stamp size.
The bottom margin carry inscription in two lines reading:
FACE VALUE OF THIS FULL MINIATURE SHEET IS RS.100/-
All proceeds of this issue will be contributed to the President’s Relief Fund of EARTHQUAKE victims 2005.
