The two first stamps illustrate a goalkeeper and a striker from the women’s football. The women's and girls' soccer has developed rapidly in recent years. This success is primarily due to the remarkable success of the German women's national team. It won seven European titles and two world titles. In 2011 the third Women's World Cup will be held in Germany from 26.06.2011 to 17.07.2011.
The third stamp is dedicated to the Gymnastics Championships 2011 in Berlin. From 04 to 10 April 2011 found in, the European Championships in gymnastics for men and women will be held in the Max-Schmeling-Halle in Berlin with participants from 38 countries.
