Croatian Post marks 400 Years of Capuchins in Croatia

Croatian Post has issued a postage stamp marking the 400th anniversary of the founding of the Order of Capuchins in Croatia.

The motif of the stamp is a monk and St. Leopold Mandic under an arcade of the Church of Our Lady of Lourdes in Rijeka.

The stamp was designed by Ariana Norsic, a graphic designer from Zagreb. It was printed in 100 000 copies, using multicolored offset print with the addition of golden paint and issued in a 20-stamp sheet.
