Thailand post issued a set of four stamps featuring various home grown vegetables.
Different parts of vegetables are useful to humans because they are the source of nutrients that contribute to the growth of the body and the strength of the organs. Some vegetables are natural hurbs with properties that can help to cure as well as to prevent illness.

The parts of vegetables that are left over from consumption can be used for animal feed, fertilizers and energy, as a substitute for gasoline, which is considered to be the ultimate use of vegetables.
