The Italian Post has issued a stamp in honor of the beatification of Pope John Paul II.
The stamp depicts a portrait of Pope John Paul II made by the photographer Grzegorz Galazka on December 8, 1998, at the Blessing of the statue of the Immaculate Virgin in Rome.
